When the starlet took the stage, she thanked her soon-to-be husband Benjamin Millepied—whom she met on the set of Black Swan—for not only his top-notch ballet and choreography skills, but for helping her “continue this creation of creating more life.” And with that, the pregnant Natalie Portman acknowledged the one thing stealing the spotlight from her unforgettable performance—her budding baby bump. The 29-year-old actress wore a pale pink Viktor and Rolf gown adorned with a hand-embroidered Swarovski crystal red rose that perfectly draped her pregnant body—a frame very different from her character’s thin, ballerina body.
