Pick five moves to do as a circuit (i.e. squats, reverse lunges, sit-ups, planks, and overhead press) and perform one minute of jumping rope, jumping jacks, or burpees between each set. You’ll burn more calories and tone more muscle in same amount of the time it took your friend to find parking at the gym.
