Favorite qualities in a woman: Passion. I love a woman who is passionate about life. I don't really care what it is they're passionate about so much, but passion in general is contagious. And a good sense of humor. I don't take myself too seriously, so that's key.
"Girly" workout I secretly love: I use Valslides a lot with my own training—the pinks ones, in fact. I used to think these were girly, but I've found ways to make them pretty freakin' hard.
