With the slew of new television shows premiering this fall comes a bevy of beautiful new ladies! So set your TiVO’s, because here’s a list of the top five females of Fall TV who I think are fun, fit and fabulous, from the inside out.

Whitney Cummings, Whitney: Thursdays 9:30/8:30c on NBC
Whitney Cummings proves that funny is sexy! Asides from starring in her eponymous NBC sitcom Whitney, she also co-created and co-wrote (along with Michael Patrick King) the comedy 2 Broke Girls on CBS.

As a smart, strong, free-thinking and charismatic comedienne, I think she’s the perfect combo of beauty and brains.

Nicole Scherzinger, The X Factor: Wednesdays 8/7c on FOX
There’s no doubt in my mind this X Factor judge has the x-factor! The sexy songstress has been admired all over the world for her incredibly sculpted figure.

Scherzinger works out regularly with personal trainer Adam Ernster and is a huge fan of the vibrating exercise equipment “Power Plate” to help her get that rockin’ bod and toned legs.

Aside from being an inspiration for her killer figure, she’s also inspiring in other ways by motivating and encouraging new performers to go after their dreams on her hit new FOX show.

Rachel Bilson, Hart of Dixie: Mondays 9/8c on The CW
What I love most about this down-to-earth brunette bombshell is that she doesn’t obsess over her figure or fitness routine! Bilson prefers dancing and yoga over the gym, and doesn’t stress over food either.

I agree with the adorable actress when she said, “You should enjoy food and enjoy life!” Well, she’s certainly enjoying life now having recently celebrated her 30th birthday along with the success of her hit new CW show, Hart of Dixie.

Poppy Montgomery, Unforgettable: Tuesdays, 10/9c on CBS
I’ve always been a fan of the hard-working 36-year-old actress on CBS’s Without a Trace, but this Fall she is truly unforgettable on her new series Unforgettable!

Montgomery enlisted the help of personal trainer Joe Dowdell to get her ready for the kick-butt role.  Shaping and strengthening up with circuit training, core work, yoga and a healthy diet rich in lean protein and fibrous veggies, she dropped two sizes in five weeks!

In addition to working hard on her killer physique, she also works hard to support Ben Stiller’s charity organization,  Artists for Haiti.

Sarah Michelle Gellar, Ringer: Tuesdays, 9/8c on The CW
Sarah Michelle Gellar is no stranger to Fall TV. But this time, the CW veteran and former vampire slayer rocks the small screen and her fabulous figure – in her new series, Ringer.

The 34-year-old busy actress and first-time mom stays fit from “chasing her toddler around (two-year-old Charlotte)”, Tae Kwon Do, kickboxing, yoga, ballet and gymnastics. She also eats a healthy, balanced diet avoiding sugar, dairy products and fried foods.

The CW stunner sports a tattoo on her lower back that’s a symbol for integrity, and she’s an active advocate for many charities including breast cancer research, Project Angel Food, Habitat for Humanity and CARE – gotta love a talented, hard-working gal with a huge heart.
