Our favorite story of the week comes from our friends at Men’s Fitness. They shared 50 tasty foods from 1 tiny calorie all the way up to 50—which still isn’t mush at all! We’ve been calorically customizing our snacks ever since checking out the list and now you can too. And if you’ve been tuning into SHAPE on twitter you know we’ve been trying to master the recipes from our 10 New Ways to Eat Oatmeal slideshow all week. We’ve almost perfected those chocolaty overnight oats. Next up: almond butter granola. And while they may look less enticing, we’ve been working the 27 ugly foods you should be eating into our menu this week. Thank goodness they taste way better than they look!

While we spent the week trying new things to cook and eat we also added a few new moves to our routine at the gym.
