Kneel with toes pointed and hands behind hips (imagine trying to slide hands in back pockets). Extend spine, lifting chest and allowing head to fall back comfortably.

If ready to go further, try walking hands to the backs of heels to extend back into full camel pose (if not, keep hands behind hips). Hold for up to 10 seconds.
