Step by step instructions
Stand with feet wide and parallel, holding a dumbbell in each hand on hips, elbows pointing behind you. Lunge to the left, placing right dumbbell on the floor in front of left toes. Return to starting position and lunge to the right, lowering left dumbbell. Return to start position and lunge to the left again, picking up the dumbbell with right hand. Return to start position and lunge to the right to pick up the dumbbell with left hand to complete 1 rep.
