Stand with feet hip width, knees slightly bent, holding the dumbbells with palms facing thighs. Hinge forward from hips, keeping spine naturally straight, reaching dumbbells just past knees. Quickly row weights up to body, bending elbows in by sides. Slowly lower dumbbells back down and return to start, pressing hips forward.
