Start in a lunge position with right leg forward (both knees should bend about 90-degrees), arms bent by sides.

Explosively jump up, bending left knee up in front of body and extending right leg straight to power body into the air (swing arms as much as needed to get off the ground). Land in starting lunge position; repeat. Do the prescribed number of reps, and then switch sides to complete set.
