A Cardio Workout That's Better Than the Treadmill

While treadmill workouts can certainly be effective, they also get redundant, thus killing your workout motivation. Plus, you may not always have access to a cardio machine. This workout is designed to give you the heart-rate-revving session you want in a short period of time without any machines. The interval-style setup will help you burn more fat, improve athletic performance, boost stamina, and keep your metabolism going strong for hours after your workout is over.

How it works: Three or four days per week, do each exercise at a high intensity for 30 seconds, resting 30 seconds between moves. Once you've completed the last exercise in the circuit, jump rope at a quick pace for 5 minutes. Repeat the entire series 3 times.
