Either way, our new workout finder makes it easy for you to customize the workouts you enjoy— and skip the ones you don't.
If you want to get started, just click here and enter information in the fields you want. For example, you can choose the specific body part you're looking to work on (such as your lower back or butt), as well as the difficulty level (beginner, intermediate and advanced), and you can specify whether you want to work out with a certain machine or piece of equipment, or if you don't. Once you do, just click "go," and the workout finder will find every workout on SHAPE that matches your criteria. With almost 900 workouts on the site, we're confident you'll find the one for you!
