From now until September 1, DavidBartonGym’s Camp David is recruiting anyone and everyone ready to step off the treadmill and hit the pavement outside. With a taste of fresh air, the boot camp class focuses on intense interval training, all intimately taught by Barton’s very own handpicked trainers.
In just one hour, the trainer takes you from light cardio exercises as you jog to the Camp David training grounds (for New Yorkers, it’s conveniently located in beautiful Central Park), to drills tailored to strengthening your core, building lean muscles, and burning fat—all in an effort to “LookBetterNaked.”
No matter your level of fitness, Camp David will take it to the next level, intensifying the once-simple squat, jump rope, jumping jack, lunge, and abdomen-crunch workouts to make you sweat and sore—all while offering a refreshing escape outdoors.
