I really enjoy yoga and try to go at least twice a week. But in the last few weeks, my work schedule hasn't allowed me to attend my usual evening session. So I was thrilled to learn that my new gym offers several classes a week, both in the mornings and evenings. A couple of mornings ago, I tried a hot yoga class for the first time. Though not traditional Bikram yoga (where the temperature can be 105° or higher), it is done in a heated room. While the poses were definitely a challenge, the warmth did seem to help my flexibility. I also enjoyed the instructor's teaching style. I'm happy to have found a new class I like; it's yet another tool in my healthy living toolbox.
