If you’re looking for a way to target all of your major muscle groups in a short period of time, try this effective plan. Through a series of high-endurance, strength-building exercises, including the Kettlebell Swing, Turkish Get-Up, Valslide Mountain Climbers and Push-Up, this total-body program sculpts every major muscle from your shoulders to your legs for a head-to-toe hard body. Not only will you hit all of your trouble zones, but you’ll up your metabolism and zap your fat zones as you move through each exercise.
Do 1 set of 10 to 12 reps of each move without resting in between.
