Rest Resist the temptation to do any type of training today. Your body needs the recovery time to prepare for the race.
Important note If your race is on a Saturday instead of a Sunday (as shown on this plan), do this week's Thursday bike/swim session on Wednesday instead and then move Friday, Saturday, and Sunday up one day. (Therefore, Thursday becomes your REST day, Friday is your pre-race prep brick, and Saturday is your RACE day.)
