As the holidays approach it's harder to find time to work out, but that doesn’t mean you can’t squeeze in a sweat session. This 10-minute routine can help you stay on track and avoid extra pounds until you can get back on track in January. Even if you have to set the alarm 10 minutes earlier to fit it in—do it! This quick bodyweight-only circuit will help you feel better, boost energy, relieve stress, and keep your pants from getting snug.
If you have an extra minute or two to spare, add a few of these quick stretches once you're done.

How it works: Do as many reps as possible (AMRAP) of each bodyweight exercise at a quick tempo (but with good form) for one minute to keep your heart rate elevated for a quick cardio and toning workout. The warm-up is built into this routine—just take the first exercise at a smaller range of motion to start. Complete the circuit of five exercises, then repeat.
