The Move

Stand grasping twisted towel with both hands slightly more than shoulder-width apart, arms extended overhead. Cross left foot over right, then bend torso to the right, reaching out and down [shown]. Cross right foot over left and bend to the left. Stretches upper hips, middle back, abdominals (with emphasis on obliques) and spine extensors
