How to do it: Start lying flat on your back, with your knees bent, feet flat on the floor and both arms extended by your sides, palms facing down. Gently open your knees to the sides and bring the soles of your feet together. Take a deep breath in, and imagine your breath is moving down your spine and into your pelvis. Exhale and pull your knees back together, squeezing your inner thighs until your knees touch. Release and allow your knees to drop open again, and bring the soles of your feet back together. Repeat 8 times.
How it will heat things up: "The butterfly strengthens the muscles of the pelvis, and strong pelvic wall muscles improve sexual pleasure for both men and women," Anderson says.
