How to do it: Start lying flat on your back, with your knees bent, feet flat on the floor about hip width apart, your arms extended by your sides, palms facing down. Next, lift your pelvis off the floor, and press your hips as high towards the ceiling as you can, squeezing your buttocks as you lift. Hold for one count, and then slowly release your hips back down to the floor. Repeat 8 times.
