Sexercise 8: The Pelvic Squeeze
How to do it: Start standing, with your feet about hip width apart, knees slightly bent. Place your hands on top of your thighs. As you inhale, squeeze between your legs and pull up into the pelvic floor and lower abdomen (imagine you are trying to stop the flow of urine, and draw your abdominals in at the same time), and then exhale and release.

How it will heat things up: Pelvic squeezes strengthen the walls of the pelvic floor, which allows for a tighter 'grip' and a more satisfying sexual experience, Anderson says.
