Bob Harper's Traveling Push-Up

Equipment: No equipment
Repetitions: 5-8
Get in push-up position, hands slightly wider than shoulders, and balance on your toes or knees. Lower your chest toward the ground, then press up.

Step left hand and left foot out to the side, then bring right hand and foot in. Do another push-up, then travel to the right (returning to your starting position) to complete 1 rep. Do 5 to 8 reps.
