This routine tackles flab while firming your muscles from head to toe. The trick: plenty of total-body, high-intensity moves that keep your heart rate up, so you blast calories while you sculpt sexy muscles.

FAT BURNING EXERCISES: WHAT TO DO
Three times a week on nonconsecutive days, warm up with 5 minutes of easy cardio, then do 1 set of each move in order. Repeat once if you're a beginner or twice if you've been exercising for at least a month. Don't forget to do cardio on most days.

  • a 6- to 10-pound weighted ball
