  1. AStand to the right of chair with feet wider than hips, knees and toes turned out about 45 degrees. Lightly hold the back of the chair with right hand. Lower into a deep plié, bending knees over, but not past, toes as left arm reaches overhead. Lean torso slightly in toward chair.
  2. BExtend legs and shift weight to right foot. Bend left knee and elbow together, and try to lightly tap elbow to left thigh. Step back into plié position and repeat. Switch sides and repeat to complete the set.
