  1. AStand with feet together about 1 foot away from a sturdy chair. Lightly holding onto the chair with right fingertips, extend left arm out in front of chest with palm facing down.
  2. BEngage abs and bend left knee, rising up onto relevé by lifting heel and balancing on ball of right foot. At the same time, slide left foot up to inside of right knee, toes pointed. Rotate upper body to the left and keep hips square to the front. Turn gaze back to left hand. Switch sides and repeat to complete the set.
