Strength test: Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart, hands on hips, and squat down until your thighs are parallel to the floor; hold this position as long as you can.
How'd you do?
•30 SECONDS OR LONGER You're good to go just about anywhere.
•20 TO 29 SECONDS Take it easy on the H20 until you practice those squats (try 15 to 20 every other day).
•19 SECONDS OR LESS You might want to hold it until you get home!
