Reverse Lunge with Pass-Through

Repetitions:
Stand with feet hip width apart and hold a kettlebell in left hand at your side, palm facing thigh. [B]
Reverse B
Lunge back with right leg as you pass the kettlebell under left thigh to your right hand. Return to standing and repeat, stepping back with left leg and passing the kettlebell to your left hand to complete 1 rep.
