From your last sun breath, bend knees, hinge forward at hips and pick up dumbbells. Keeping knees bent, let arms hang toward ground in line with shoulders, palms facing in. Lift tailbone slightly so torso forms a straight line from head to hips, abs pulled in [A]. Bend elbows, bringing dumbbells toward lower ribs.

[B] Straighten arms and repeat for reps. Yoga connection After completing reps, place dumbbells on ground and do 2 full sun breaths.
