SETUP Stand with your left side to a high cable pulley with a single handle attached. Grasp handle with right hand, then place left hand on top of right.

ACTION Pulling abdominals in, initiate movement by twisting upper body to left, keeping hips square, and then pull cable down toward right hip. Keep feet flat, arms straight in front of chest, hips square, knees bent slightly. Return to starting position, do reps, then switch sides. Suggested weight: 10-20 pounds.
