Kneeling Rotating Twist

Kneel facing the ball, legs slightly apart and tops of feet on the ground, arms extended with palms on top of ball. Lower your head and chest toward the ground [A].
B
Contract your abs and rotate your torso to the left as you reach your right arm, palm up, to the left side [B]. Repeat on opposite side to complete 1 rep. Continue, alternating sides.
