Overhead Leg Toss

Lie on the ground with your lower legs on top of the ball, toes pointed and arms at your sides, palms down. Lift your hips so your body forms a straight line from shoulders to feet [A].

Keeping hips raised, lift left leg toward your head, about 45 degrees off the ground, as you simultaneously bend your right knee and pull the ball toward your butt [B]. Slowly return legs to start position; repeat. Switch legs to complete set.
