Sit on the edge of a bench, hands next to hips on edge. Slide hips off bench and bend elbows to lower hips toward the floor. Straighten arms and lift your hips, squeezing glutes for 3 seconds [shown]. Lower hips; repeat. Do 15 to 20 reps.
