From seal, lift hips and move onto balls of feet as you exhale and straighten legs, lifting hips even higher and pressing hands flat on floor so body forms an inverted V, arms straight. Press heels down toward floor, contract thighs and look back toward feet, head and neck aligned with spine [shown].

This was a good review of yoga basics. Thank you. However, you did neglect to include the inhale/exhale for each pose (and transition), except pose #1 downward dog. Example: when opening from down dog into Plank (inhale), when lowering into chatarunga (exhale). A rule of thumb, often in yoga, in inhale is executed with the "opening" of the rib cage, and/or lengthening of the spine.
