Place hands slightly wider than shoulders on a step or bench, and extend legs behind you, feet hip-width apart (or stay on your knees). Contract your abs so body is aligned from head to heels, then bend your elbows and lower chest toward step.

B

Press up and rotate your body to the right, extending right arm up in line with shoulder and stacking right foot on top of left. Return to start, repeat the push-up, and rotate to the left to complete 1 rep.
