Lie on your left side, knees bent, left forearm on the ground. Lift torso (so you're balancing on forearm and knees) and raise right arm straight up as you extend right leg parallel to ground.

B

Draw right knee and right elbow toward each other, then straighten them again. Lower hips, roll to right side, and repeat with left arm and leg to complete 1 rep.
