Chair Pose With Front Raise

Holding a dumbbell in each hand, stand with feet and legs together, both arms straight with dumbbells in front of thighs, palms facing rear. Bend both knees as if lowering yourself into a chair, abs pulled in, chest lifted [A]. Draw shoulder blades down as you lift both arms up to about shoulder height, keeping wrists straight.

[B] Lower arms and repeat arm movements, maintaining chair pose through all reps. Yoga connection After completing reps, place dumbbells on ground and do 2 full sun breaths
