> Hold a 10- to 20-pound barbell, hands
shoulder-width apart, and sit on a stability
ball. Keeping barbell close to body, walk
feet out until upper back is supported,
knees bent 90 degrees. Pull your abs in
and lift your hips so your body forms a
line from head to knees.
> Extend arms up so the barbell is over your
upper chest, palms facing out.

keep the focus
on the triceps,
don’t let your
elbows flare
out to the sides.
