Block-and-Roller Dip

> Place two yoga blocks on the floor, shoulder-width apart, and a foam roller several feet in front of them. Sit between the blocks with your legs extended in front of you, ankles on the roller.
> Grasp the top of the blocks, palms facing in, and straighten your arms, lifting your butt off the floor.

> Bend your elbows, lowering your butt toward the floor as you keep your chest lifted and back straight. Straighten your arms and repeat.
>Trainer’s tip If this move is too challenging, try it with the roller under your knees.
