Load 15 pounds onto a high cable pulley, attach a handle and stand facing machine, left foot in front of right and right heel lifted. Hold the handle in your right hand, palm facing left and arm extended. Place left hand on hip [A]. Contract your abs and back and pull the handle toward your rib cage as you rotate your body to the right (pivot on ball of right foot), finishing with right elbow near your hip and forearm in front of abs [B]. Return to starting position and repeat. Switch sides to complete set.
