Attach handles to two high cable pulleys, loaded with 10-20 pounds on each side, and place a stability ball in the center of the cable cage. Sit on the ball, feet hip-width apart and knees aligned over ankles. Hold a handle in each hand, arms extended up in a wide V with palms facing forward [A]. Tighten your back muscles as you draw your elbows down toward your waist [B], keeping your wrists straight and torso still. Raise arms to starting position and repeat.
