Star Side Plank
Move 1: Star Side Plank
Body Part: Core,Butt
Get in side plank position on left forearm, elbow aligned under shoulder. Balance feet on a foam roller, right hand on hip.
With hips raised, lift right leg and lower 5 times, then circle it clockwise and counter–clockwise 5 times each (this should take 30 seconds). Lift your leg as high as you can and make big circles. Switch sides and repeat.
