The grand finale in the three-part summer bikini-body workout series from Jillian Michaels is here! Grab a pair of 5- to 8-pound dumbbells and then do a quick warm-up. Next, complete each exercise for 1 minute in order. Rest for 1 minute after one circuit and repeat the circuit twice more.
