Twist torso toward right leg, then curve forward over right knee, facing floor, left arm reaching in an arc overhead in line with torso, palm facing in. Hold this position for 15 seconds.
Stay low, then rotate torso to face front without changing lower-body position, left arm still forming an arc, palm facing down [Shown]. Hold position for 15 seconds. Rotate torso and left shoulder toward ceiling, opening chest. Turn palm up and press arm up and back on a diagonal. Hold for 15 seconds. Switch sides and repeat.
