Who has time for a workout as the holiday season ramps up? With this routine, you do. Follow the video above as trainer Jessica Smith takes you through the fourth workout in our 5-week Black Friday Fitness program. This total-body strength and cardio routine is just 7 minutes, it's quiet, and works in small spaces—so it's perfect for your overcrowded house.

The warm-up is built in to the total time of the program. Do as many reps as possible (AMRAP) with good form for 1 minute of each exercise, back to back, with little to no rest in between—and then you're done!
