Join the Yoga Anywhere Revolution!

This week, thousands of yogis will strike a pose in one of the world's busiest intersections for the annual Solstice in Times Square. In the spirit of this event, we decided to start our own “Yoga Anywhere” revolution with superstar instructor Tara Stiles, owner of Strala Yoga in New York City. SHAPE hit the streets of Manhattan with Stiles and her fellow Strala instructors to show that yoga doesn't have to be confined to a studio (see the videos below for proof!).
