Five pizzas that taste great and are part of a healthy diet.

Eat in, take it out or have it delivered-it doesn't matter. Pizza pleases everyone. Pizza Hut knows this better than anyone; they're the world's largest pizza company and have found a way to please every palate on the planet. The problem is that they've also found a way to please our fat cells. But eating pizza doesn't have to destroy your best-laid diet plans. In fact, pizza should be a regular part of a healthy diet because it dishes out a bounty of nutrients: B vitamins from enriched flour dough, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants from tomato sauce and vegetable toppings, and high-quality protein from lean meat and cheese toppings. The trick is knowing what to choose to make your pizza order a healthy one. We found some excellent choices on the Pizza Hut menu-wholesome meals that boast flavor, color and nutrients, not calories and fat grams.
