This delicious mini-meal is super easy to make. Serve it up anytime you have a snack attack or as a healthy appetizer at your next summer soiree.
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes (about 12)
1 ounce sliced fresh mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and serve!
