Mini Avocado Pops

These mini coated avocado pops are a super easy on-the-go treat. Combine fresh mashed avocado and coconut milk with a little honey and lemon juice and freeze. Once your pops are nice and solid, dip them in a little melted dark chocolate and crushed pistachio and pop them back in the freezer to cool.

Avocado Truffle

Avocados would be basically perfect if it weren't for that pesky pit. Which is why Food Deco replaced the pit with goat cheese to make these heaven-on-earth avocado truffles. Simply peel and pit the avocado and stuff with goat cheese. Put the stuffed avocado halves back together and roll the whole thing in crushed pistachios and chili flakes.
