What would you see if you opened a Shape editor's snack drawer? You're about to find out. Every year we sample hundreds of new products, from sweet to savory, and we've definitely developed some favorites. Our top trend this year: mini bites of craveable items, from everything-bagel-flavored pretzel flats to tiny fruit tarts. So step away from the vending machine and read up on our taste-tested, Shape-approved list of this year's best between-meal bites.

What made these winners Shape-worthy? In addition to being delicious, each serving of these snacks contains:

  • 200 or fewer calories
  • No high-fructose corn syrup
  • 
0 grams of trans fats
  • No more than 3.5 grams of saturated fat
  • No more than 400 milligrams of sodium
