Ingredients: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 orange 1/4 orange peel 2 Tbsp Walnuts 2 Tbsp flaxseed meal 1 cup cottage cheese 1.5 cups water 3 ice cubes
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. For a thicker shake add less water or more ice cubes.
