Ingredients:1 scoop vanilla protein powder1 cup strawberries2 Tbsp pecans1 cup cottage cheese1 cup blueberries1 Tbsp Chia seeds1.5 cups water3 ice cubes
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. For a thicker shake add less water or more ice cubes.
